This week I read the book Put Your Dream to the Test by John C. Maxwell. I was both inspired and challenged by this fabulous writing.
Dr. John Maxwell answer the question, "What is the difference between a dreamer and someone who achieves a dream?". He uses ten powerful questions that you must ask yourself. These questions are compiled as ten chapters within his book. Each designed to cause you to search deep within.
Whether you have lost sight of a dream you once had, or are searching for a new dream to be birthed, Put Your Dream to the Test provides a step by step plan that you can use to not only see your dream, but to accomplish your dream as well.
I realized while reading this book that you can achieve your dream if no-one else in this world believes in you, but you will never achieve it if you don't believe in yourself. Dr. Maxwell caused me to do a inward evalutaion of what compells me, as well as what has held me back from achieving my own dream. Dr. Maxwell speaks on topics such as:

I recommend this book to anyone searching for the inspiration and the know how they need to really challenge themselves to be all that God has called them to be.

This book was a life changing for me, not only did it open up the wonderful world of this fabulous author, Francine Rivers, to me, but it also drastically changed the way that I viewed the love of God. Based on the Book of Hosea from the Bible, Francine Rivers brings to life the love that God has for the sinner, the scared, and the broken. Redeeming Love uses a man to bring healing through the love of God to a woman that the world had forgotten. I recommend this book for not only woman who struggle with their past pains, but also to the men who love them. May God continue to bless the works of Francine Rivers' hands.
